What do we do? ✅ Raw material analysis prior to production We thoroughly inspect every batch of raw materials before production begins. This ensures consistent quality of the final product. ✅ Incoming inspection and analysis of finished products Each batch of fertilizers undergoes comprehensive laboratory testing in accordance with European standards and the requirements of the “Derzhgruntokhorona” system ✅ Arbitration samples —a guarantee of integrity and safety. When products are shipped, arbitration samples are always taken: one remains at the facility, and two are sent to the customer in sealed bottles along with the shipment. This system minimizes the risk of product substitution during transport and ensures your confidence in its quality. What equipment does the GROSSDORF lab use:
- Analytical balances with 0.0001 g precision, mounted on anti-vibration pads — for ultra-precise measurements
- Kjeldahl system — for arbitration-level nitrogen content determination in fertilizers
- Drying oven — to measure moisture content in granular and crystalline fertilizers
- Muffle furnaces (up to 1200°C) — for gravimetric analysis of sulfur and phosphorus content
- "Water bath" — for controlling UAN density at a constant +20°C
- ULAB 1011 spectrophotometer — for accurate biuret levels in urea and phosphorus in NPKs
- Distillation apparatus — with in-house distilled water for clean sample preparation and rinsing laboratory glassware
