Option 1 – we pour water and potassium hydroxide in the reactor when stirring and cooling consistently, then we add orthophosphoric acid 85% while controlling the temperature.
The finished solution is drained from the reactor into a container for intermediate storage.
Option 2 - we pour water and potassium hydroxide in the reactor when stirring consistently, then we add small portions of monopotassium phosphate. .
The finished solution is drained from the reactor into a container for intermediate storage.
As for phosphorus in our product, it is exclusively in the form of orthophosphates, because the temperature of our synthesis does not exceed 100 degrees Celsius, which is not sufficient for the formation of polyphosphates. There are no polyphosphates in the raw material. The product name is liquid FERTILIZER POTASSIUM-PHOSPHORUS. Nothing but the above components is added to the LCF produced by our company.
